  • How do I manage my booking?

    Click on the Login and Sign Up option and select Manage my Booking.   There are two ways you can log in to see your bookings.  

    Option 1 is to register and set up an account.  Select the Account option to do this.


    Option 2 is to use the lead passenger surname and the holiday reference.  Select the Bookings option to do this.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    Once your booking has been confirmed, the person who made the booking can complete a request on our Contact Us page to arrange cancellation.  Please be aware that cancellation charges will apply and these will increase the nearer you cancel to your departure date.  You can find details of the cancellation terms in our Booking Conditions.

  • How do I change my booking?

    If you want to change your arrangements after your booking has been confirmed, we will do our best to make these changes but it may not always be possible.  Where it is possible, you will be responsible for any additional costs imposed by any of our suppliers and an administration fee.  You will be advised of these costs before you choose to proceed with any change.  You can find further details regarding changes in our Booking Conditions.

    If you would like to make an enquiry about changing your booking, please complete a request on our Contact Us page.  The person getting in contact should be the one who made the original booking.

    If you are having problems logging into the App, please ensure firstly that you have already booked a holiday with us. To login you will require the surname of the lead passenger as well as your booking reference number.     You can access “Manage my booking” from the App, through the James villas website. Via the App you can make use of all the features of this service and make changes to your holiday booking i.e. modify car hire or add Advanced Passenger Information (API).

  • How do I log in to another holiday?

    If you have more than one holiday with us, you will need to log out of your current holiday and log back in with your new holiday reference number. You can log out of the app from the settings screen which is available via the main menu.
