How can we help?

Arriving in resort

  • What should I expect when hiring a car?

If you’re hiring a car on your villa holiday, here’s some useful information so you know what to expect from our car hire suppliers. Exact information on where to collect your car will be provided to you with your travel documents 7 – 10 days before you depart.

    During the Covid-19 pandemic

All of the car hire companies we work with are vigilantly implementing enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure your safety. To find out exactly what preventative measures and practices have been put in place, please refer directly to the website of your hire car provider.

    Picking up your hire car

Many of the car hire suppliers across our destinations offer airport pick up, so collecting your car after you land is quick and easy.

You’ll need to make sure that the lead passenger has a credit card with them on collection. Unfortunately debit cards aren’t accepted so this is really important.

    Unlimited mileage

There’s no limit to the amount of miles you can drive with your hire car. So you can take the scenic route or as many day trips as you’d like with no extra cost.

    Fair fuel policy

All of our car hire suppliers have a fair fuel policy which means all you need to is return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up.

    Children’s seats

You can pre-book your child seats ahead of time so you're confident the kids can travel in comfort and safety. Rates and charges will vary depending on destination, and all fees are payable locally. Booster seats are available too and you can organise this in resort if you need to.

    Covid-19 and Car Hire

All of the car hire companies we work with are vigilantly implementing enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure your safety. To find out exactly what preventative measures and practices have been put in place, please refer directly to the website of your hire car provider.

    Additional drivers

The number of additional drivers you can add to your policy varies depending on which destination you visit. You will be advised at the time of booking by our Travel Experts. If you require additional drivers, the names can be added and insurance charged as an extra cost upon arrival at your destination. All drivers will need to produce a driving licence.

  • What is the check-in process?

Checking-in to your villa is an easy experience but if you want to know what to expect as you check-in, take a look at our guide.

When should I arrive in resort?

When you arrive in resort will depend on the flight times you choose. If you haven’t already booked your flights, please bear in mind that check-in is only available from 4:00pm onwards. Unfortunately, we can’t allow you access to the villa before this as we will still be preparing the villa, in line with our requirements, for your arrival.

If you find navigating unfamiliar roads a little daunting we’d recommend you choose flight times which arrive in daylight hours to make the journey as easy as possible.

Please note, sometimes airlines do change scheduled flight times and this is outside of our control.

Where do I get the check-in information for my villa?

Travel documents will be sent to you seven days before your holiday start date which will provide all the information you’ll need to check-in to your specific villa, including:

    • The address to your villa
    • The directions to get to your villa
    • How to get the keys
    • The keycode if you need one
    • Plus lots of other handy information about the villa and the surrounding area

How do I access the villa?

If there’s a keycode to get into your villa, all you need to do is arrive in resort and head straight to villa and use the keycode provided to access the keys in a lock box or similar device. Then, the villa is all yours. It’s as simple as that.

Some villas require you to meet someone in resort to collect the keys. If this is the case, all of the information about how to do this will be provided to you in your travel documents.
