Some destinations require passengers to quarantine on arrival unless they can provide evidence that they’ve been fully vaccinated. We’re still operating holidays to these destinations, so that our customers who are vaccinated are able to travel. If, at the time you are due to travel, you haven’t been fully vaccinated, you will have to follow the quarantine rules in your destination on arrival. If you don’t want to do this, then we can look at the following options. Please note, the requirement to be vaccinated or quarantine does not give you the right to a refund.
Amend your booking
We can look at the options to move your arrangements to a later date. Where this is possible, you may also have to pay any additional costs or charges imposed by our suppliers. These charges can include (but are not limited to):
- Differences in flight costs plus any admin fees charged by the airline. Some airlines do not offer amendments, so they may treat your change as a cancellation, in which case, you would need to purchase new flights. You would not receive a refund for the cancelled flights.
- Increases in accommodation costs – this can happen if the dates you select are in peak travel periods, for example.
- If you are choosing a different villa, you may be charged cancellation fees on the original villa, plus any additional costs for the new accommodation.
- A £75 admin fee per booking
If you wish to look at amending your booking, this must be requested no later than 28 days before you travel, and the amendments finalised no later than 22 days before you travel. We are unable to amend your booking within 21 days of your travel date. Any requests after this date will be treated as a cancellation and normal booking conditions will apply.
You can read more about how you can amend your booking in our article HERE.
