As it stands, all bookings that are due to travel up to 16 May will be cancelled. In line with the current government advice, international travel is due to start again from 17 May onwards, so if you’re booked to travel from 17 May onwards, we expect your arrangements to go ahead as planned.
We know that current rules can change at any time and often with very little notice. We are not given advance notification of any changes, so will not be able to offer you any different advice on guidelines other than that which is currently in the public domain. You can find the latest information by visiting https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice
However, we would like to reassure you that if the government advice is against travelling overseas on holiday, you will be given the following options:
- A full refund of the monies you have paid. We aim to process refund requests within 14 days of receipt, however, please be aware that we are dealing with a huge number of enquiries, so please bear with us if it takes a few days longer.
- Accept a Refund Credit Note – you can use this to make part or full payment on any holiday departing before 31 December 2022
- Rebook to travel at a later date – Where this is possible, you will be responsible for any additional costs imposed by any of our suppliers.
