Packing for your holiday might be a little bit different due to Covid-19 with a new list of essentials you’ll need to take with you. Much like in the UK, many destinations have adopted health and safety precautions to stop the spread of Covid-19. Here’s a list of things you should take on your holiday:
- Hand sanitiser
Make sure you take enough for the whole trip to make sure you have enough if you aren’t able to get hold of any whilst you’re on holiday
- Disinfectant spray/wipes
These can come in handy if you need to wipe down any surfaces during your travels
- Face masks
You’ll be required to wear a face mask while on the plane and at the airport. Many countries have also adopted the use of face masks so you’ll need enough for the duration of your holiday too.
It’s recommended that you take some gloves on holiday with you too. These aren’t mandatory but a good way to stop any contact with surfaces whilst traveling.
There are also changes to the documentation you may need to take with you including forms that need to be filled out pre-departure. Be sure to check the government guidelines of your holiday destination to ensure you have everything you need before departure.
