Unfortunately, as the reason your holiday cannot take place is outside of the control of James Villa Holidays, you won’t be entitled to any compensation. Where your holiday has been cancelled due to Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advice or travel restrictions, you will be entitled to a full refund.
