What if I decide I don't want to travel due to Covid-19 / Coronavirus?
We appreciate that there are many reasons why you feel you may not want to travel right now. However, cancelling your arrangements is not the only option available to you.
Amend your booking and postpone your trip to another time
Many of our customers have chosen to amend their booking to travel at a later date. Whilst this option will always be subject to availability, it may be something you want to consider. You can find out about amending your booking by clicking here.
You are concerned because of current Government restrictions
If you’re thinking about cancelling now as there are currently Government restrictions in place, then we recommend that you bear with us. As it stands, we are expecting international travel to go ahead from 17 May 2021. If this advice changes, you can find out about how you are protected by clicking here.
If cancelling your trip really is the only option
If you are sure that you want to cancel, you need to be aware that if there are no restrictions in place for your dates of travel, and the holiday can be provided as booked, then cancellation charges may apply. Before you go ahead with the cancellation, we recommend that you speak to your Travel Insurance providers, to see whether the reason for your cancellation is covered by your insurance policy. You can find details of our cancellation charges by clicking here.
